SUPPORT
Vaultage help.
Vaultage has no account, password-reset service, or cloud storage by design.
I forgot my vault password, PIN, or pattern
Your vault cannot be unlocked or recovered without its correct password, PIN, or pattern. This is what keeps its encrypted contents private from everyone—including us. If you made an encrypted backup, delete the app, reinstall it, create a new vault, and restore the backup with its backup password.
Backing up and moving to a new device
Your vault is deliberately left out of iPhone and iCloud backups, and it only opens on the device that created it. If you lose, replace, or reset your device, or delete the app, the vault is gone unless you made an encrypted backup. In Settings, choose Create encrypted backup, set a backup password, and save the file somewhere safe. On your new device, create a vault, then choose Restore from backup. We cannot reset a backup password.
I cannot see an imported item
Unlock the relevant vault and check its gallery. If an import was interrupted, the original item remains in the source app or Files location unless you deleted it yourself.
I need to report a problem
Please use the support contact published on Vaultage’s App Store listing and include your iOS version, device model, and a description of what happened. Do not send a vault password, pattern, or private file.
